What are the maintenance methods for machine tool spindles?
Now, let’s talk about spindle maintenance. When it comes to machine tool spindle upkeep, the primary goal is to reduce the operating temperature of the bearings—something typically achieved through lubrication. Common lubrication methods include oil-air lubrication and oil-spray circulation systems. When using either of these methods, keep the following points in mind:

Outstanding features of the sponge cutting machine
Fully automatic cutting is the primary function of sponge cutting machines, and it is now being applied more and more widely. Sponge cutting machines are easy to operate, highly precise, and equipped with wheels featuring rubber-coated surfaces, ensuring smooth cutting without blade breakage or noise. The machine’s chassis uses variable-frequency speed control for effortless, real-time adjustment of cutting speed. Additionally, installation is quick and convenient. Thanks to its unique design and advanced manufacturing processes, these machines deliver long-lasting durability and consistently stable, reliable performance.
Methods for CNC Cutting Processes
Generally, before performing the cutting process, a CNC cutting machine requires completing the drawing and editing/processing of the cutting path. To ensure workpiece quality, piercing points (i.e., start points for ignition) are typically not placed directly on the workpiece contour. Instead, they are positioned slightly away from the contour—often at a distance equivalent to the length of an arrow—and then guided along a short cutting line before finally entering the workpiece outline. This segment of the path is commonly referred to as the cutting lead-in or entry line.

A sponge cutting machine's cutting method and process
Traditional cutting methods, especially when slicing wider sponges, often encounter issues with strip-shaped blades. During the twisting motion, controlling the rotation at both ends of the blade can lead to uneven force distribution—specifically, as the ends are twisted into place, the middle section tends to lag behind due to the sponge's reactive force. This results in incomplete turning of the blade’s central area, ultimately causing rounded protrusions or grooves at the corners of the finished sponge product, thereby compromising the overall cutting quality.
