Generally, the CNC cutting machine needs to complete the drawing and editing and processing of the cutting process before cutting. In order to ensure the quality of the workpiece, it is generally not to directly arrange the penetration point (ie the fire point) on the work contour, but to make it a distance away from the bow and arrow. , After passing a section of cutting line and then entering the contour of the workpiece, this section of line is usually called cutting lead or lead-in line. The length of the lead-in wire of the CNC sponge cutting machine is determined by the thickness of the material and the cutting method used. Generally speaking, the length of the lead wire increases as the thickness increases.

The lead-in arrangement should pay attention to the following points:

1. The lead-in line should be as short as possible without affecting the perforation and cutting, and the lead-in direction should be as consistent as possible with the running direction of the cutting machine. The slag splashed during the piercing should not fly to the cutting machine, but fly in the opposite direction of the cutting machine's start-up operation.

2, the arrangement of the lead-in line when cutting the inner cavity of the workpiece

①Straight leads are practical and various. Straight leads are the most commonly used, but they tend to leave a dent and a small tail at the start and end of the cut. When the cavity is square, the lead is generally cut from a certain corner, and there is generally no requirement for a circular cavity.

② Round leads, if higher quality cutting contacts are required, round leads are best.

③The arrangement of the lead when cutting the shape of the workpiece. When the shape of the workpiece is cut, a straight lead is generally used.

④ In the design of the lead-in line, material waste should be minimized, and sometimes it needs to be considered with the nesting material.
