First install the rack horizontally and vertically.

When installing the rails, ensure that the rails are vertical and parallel to each other, and then adjust the level. When assembling, all working faces should be as coplanar as possible.

When installing the sharpening wheel, the two grinding wheels should be installed oppositely and the distance is not more than 10mm.

The working platform must be stable and flat when moving, and the unevenness is ≤1mm.

When assembling the cutter wheel, the radial direction of the cutter wheel must ensure the tolerance of parallelism ± 1mm.

When installing the knife belt, the forward and reverse rotation of the knife belt should be kept in the middle of the cutter wheel. The tension of the knife belt should be adjusted properly. If it is too tight, it will cause the knife to break; if it is too loose, it will not achieve the purpose of cutting.

The installation of the knife sharpening motor should be located at 1/3 of the position of the knife belt.

The installation of the shield must be parallel and neat as a whole.

This machine uses 380V, 50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply. The power source is obtained from the three-phase four-wire leakage circuit breaker provided by the user, and the power supply wire diameter is not less than 6mm².

The wiring of the machine should be operated by a skilled electrician. Both the machine itself and the shell of the electrical box need to be grounded. The grounding wire should be an insulated wire of no less than 2.5 mm², and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4 ohms.

During the operation of the machine, unskilled electricians, please do not open the control box door to ensure safety.

The working power of the machine is 380VAC±10%, 50HZ, three-phase four-wire operation. The control circuit power supply is

220VAC±10%, do not connect it wrongly, otherwise the machine will be burnt out.
