First, install the rack horizontally and vertically.
When installing the rails, ensure that each rail is vertically aligned and parallel to one another before proceeding with horizontal adjustments. During assembly, make every effort to keep all working surfaces coplanar.
When installing the grinding wheels, position them facing each other with a distance no greater than 10 mm.
The work platform must move smoothly and evenly, with unevenness no greater than ≤1mm.
When assembling the cutting wheel, the radial parallelism tolerance must be maintained at ±1mm.
When installing the blade belt, ensure that its forward and reverse rotations remain centered directly on the cutting wheel. Adjust the belt tension appropriately—too tight can easily lead to blade breakage, while too loose will prevent you from achieving the desired cutting effect.
The installation of the sharpening motor should be positioned at one-third of the blade belt's length.
The installation of the shield must ensure overall parallelism and neatness.
This machine operates on a 380V, 50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply. The power is drawn from the user-provided three-phase four-wire residual current circuit breaker, and the cross-sectional area of the supply cables must be no less than 6mm².
The machine's wiring should be handled by a skilled electrician. Both the machine itself and the enclosure of the electrical box must be properly grounded, using an insulated conductor with a cross-sectional area of at least 2.5 mm². The grounding resistance should not exceed 4 ohms.
Please do not open the control box door while the machine is running, as a safety precaution.
The machine operates on a power supply of 380VAC ±10%, 50Hz, three-phase four-wire. The control circuit is powered by
220VAC ±10%—absolutely do not connect it incorrectly, or the machine will be damaged.
