Nantong Zhigu CNC Machinery Co., Ltd.'s CNC sponge cutting machine utilizes computer control for automated operation. During the cutting process, numerous detailed control points require attention. Below, Nantong Zhigu CNC Machinery Co., Ltd. will provide a comprehensive explanation of the CNC sponge cutting machine's operational steps, making it easier for users to follow and refer to:
1. Close the internal power switch.
2. Turn on the power lock on the operation host, press the power button to plug in the CNC; then connect the dust collector's power supply and check whether the indicator lights on the control box panel are functioning properly.
3. Perform a trial operation to confirm that all switches and buttons on the panel are flexible and reliable; also, verify whether the ash-discharge slide valve is functioning properly and reliably.
4. The CNC performs an internal self-diagnosis to confirm that no display error messages are present.
5. Close the switch inside the servo motor cabinet, press the "Servo On" button on the operation panel to power the servo system, turn the pulse knob on the control panel to the "On" position to initiate backflushing of the filter cartridge, and verify that the pulse function is operating correctly.
6. Conduct a trial run of the machine, ensuring that all indicators operate smoothly and that all limit switches and emergency buttons function reliably.
The above outlined the preparatory steps before startup; now, let’s walk you through the detailed procedures for cutting.
Prepare sponge raw materials that are dry, clean, and free from significant deformation.
Determine whether to use single-cut, synchronous, or symmetrical scoring lines, and prepare the corresponding cutting tools accordingly.
Select the corresponding OK key on the operation panel;
Select the appropriate blade band according to the width of the line to be drawn;
Select "Underline" as the mode on the operation panel; bring up the desired graphic; start drawing the underline. If a particular segment doesn’t look ideal during the process, press the "Reverse Program" key to reverse the program temporarily—returning it to the point where you need to redraw—and then press "Reverse Program" again to resume and redo that specific section. Once the underlining is complete, end the process.
After completing the drawing in CAD, simply drag it to the control panel, and you're ready to start automatic cutting!
When cutting, always check whether the equipment is operating properly. If you notice any abnormalities, immediately press the emergency stop switch!
